Headed-up by a Barcelona-trained head chef and offering a carefully curated wine list you can expect the excellence of local produce and a whole heap of Spanish soul. Think olives and anchovies, perfect prawns, sizzling scallops, Welsh cheeses, charcuterie, and delicious desserts. Think a cool glass of wine, a few plates to share and graze with friends, candlelight, a Spanish guitar in a place where you can chill and linger longer than you’d planned.
