Tŷ Florence is a detached, luxury, contemporary holiday cottage, set in twelve acres of private grounds, backed by native woodlands @BayviewOxwich. Architect designed, this 2-storey property with free-flowing living accommodation and covered terrace on the first floor, and 3 bedrooms, each with en-suite, on the ground floor, is built to maximise Gower’s spectacular panoramic views across Oxwich Bay.
Tŷ Florence is named after our middle daughter, and has her individuality and flair in its design, décor and high-spec finishings and fittings. It is the perfect bolt-hole for couples or small families searching for sophisticated holiday rental accommodation close to the beach.

FAQs

What time is check in and check out?
Check in is 4pm and we ask you to leave promptly by 10am. Changes to these times may possibly be agreed, we will always try and accommodate, however you will need to email us 48 hours prior to arrival.
What is and is not provided in our properties?
Included:
Wi-fi
Bath towels, bed linen and tea towels
Basic supply of coffee (including L’or pods), tea, sugar and milk as well as starter supply of washing tablets/dishwasher tablets
Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel
Basic cleaning supplies to last a couple of days as well as 2/3 black bags and recycling bags
Iron and ironing board
Clothes airer
Hairdryer
Highchair, travel cot and safety gates
Welcome Gift
For two week stays, we offer a complimentary mid-stay changeover and linen/towel change if desired
Each property has a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer and dryer and full size oven and hob as well as designated drinks fridge in certain properties (note some hobs are induction if you bring your own cookware)
Exterior shower and wetsuit hanging area

Where do we park and how many vehicles can we bring?
There is one designated parking space for each property, to which you will be directed on your booking confirmation. One additional vehicle per property may be parked at the top of the site in the visitor parking spaces upon request.
Are dogs permitted?
All our properties are pet friendly unless otherwise noted. We allow up to two dogs per property for an additional charge of £25 per dog, per week, unless otherwise agreed. Please be mindful of next guests when you bring your dogs and keep them off beds and sofas and please always dispose of your dog’s waste properly.
Boats
We cannot permit you to bring boats or jet-skis with you as we do not have the capacity to store.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property or the balconies/terraces.
Deliveries
Supermarket deliveries are permitted. Please arrange for these to be made between 8 am and 8 pm only. Should you wish for Amazon to deliver anything to you during your stay, we can receive these parcels by prior agreement with you only.
Guest access
There is a key safe where you can access the key to the property for a self-check-in.
