  1. What time is check in and check out?

Due to Covid-19 cleaning protocols we have had to change these times such that check in is strictly no earlier than 4 pm and we ask you to leave promptly by 10 am. Changes to these times may possibly be agreed in writing in advance with the team at Bayview.

  1. What is and is not provided in our properties?

Included:

  • Wi-fi

  • Bath towels, bed linen and tea towels

  • Basic supply of coffee (including Nespresso pods), tea and milk

  • Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel

  • Basic cleaning supplies to last a couple of days as well as 2/3 black bags (we expect you to provide your own washing tablets/dishwasher tablets and bin bags for longer stays)

  • Recycling bags

  • Iron and ironing board

  • Clothes airer

  • Hairdryer

  • High chair, travel cot and safety gates

  • Welcome G&T from award-winning GŴYR Gin distillery

  • For two week stays, we offer a complimentary mid-stay changeover and linen change if desired

  • Each property has a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer and dryer and full size oven and hob as well as designated drinks fridge in certain properties

Not included:

  • Beach towels and chairs

  1. Where do we park and how many vehicles can we bring?

There is one designated parking space for each property, to which you will be directed on your booking confirmation. One additional vehicle per property may be parked at the top of the site in the visitor parking spaces upon request.

  1. Are dogs permitted?

We do have some pet friendly properties and we will confirm this on request. We allow up to two dogs per property for an additional charge of £25 per dog, per week, unless otherwise agreed. Please be mindful of next guests when you bring your dogs and keep them off beds and sofas and please always dispose of your dog’s waste properly.

  1. Bike, surfboard and wetsuit storage

We are constructing exterior storage for these items for the 2022 season. In the meantime, please store these with consideration for the internal finish of the property and do not hang anything over any balconies. Airers and hangers are provided.

  1. Boats

We cannot permit you to bring boats or jet-skis with you as we do not have the capacity to store.

  1. Smoking

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property or the balconies/terraces.

  1. Deliveries

Supermarket deliveries are permitted. Please arrange for these to be made between 8 am and 8 pm only. Should you wish for Amazon to deliver anything to you during your stay, we can receive these parcels by prior agreement with you.
